Store Policies
~ NO cameras are allowed until you have purchased your gown. Then you may take pictures.
~ Gowns may not be taken out of shop for approval. We will hold a gown for 24 hours if you would like us to do so.
~ Zipper gown bags are $12.00 & $15.00.
~ All Sales Are Final we do not refund for any reason.
Shoes
~ We carry a wide variety of shoes for all formal occasions.
Alterations
~ We do not offer alterations
~ First steaming is free. Additional steaming is $25
Layaway & Ordering
~ You may lay-a-way with a 1/3 deposit. Balance is due 90 days after purchase.
~ We will hold a gown for 24 hours, then it will be returned to stock.
~ Merchandise will be returned to stock if not paid within 90 days.
~ No Refunds Given.
~ We require 1/2 payment before ordering any merchandise including tax and any additional charges).
~ Dress must be picked up within 90 days of arrival in shop.
~ If gowns are to be shipped after they arrive at Crowing Moments Formal Wear, please allow extra time for shipping.
~ Shipping of dresses to other locations may be done for a shipping cost.
Pageant
~ How can I help my daughter to prepare for a pageant? Our professional staff will be glad to assist you and your daughter with making a wardrobe selection that is perfect for her as individual. We will be happy to answer any questions or refer you to the right source for any other needs you may have.
~ Can you have a dress designed for me? YES! We carry designer lines that will assist us to do the perfect custom design just for you!
Prom
~ How do I know if my dress will be the only one of that style at my Prom? We make every effort to keep a written record of the gowns that we sell.............in the same school, although we cannot control purchases made elsewhere.
~ What is in style this year? Come in and see us. We attend market several times a year to keep up with the latest fashion.
~ What kind of accessories go with my gown? We carry a full line of accessories and our staff is well qualified to help you make a selection, from jewelry to shoes.
~ Do you have Prom brochures? Yes!
~ When should I start looking for my Prom dress? Late December to early January
~ Can I wear my Prom dress in a pageant? Many of the gowns are for both and we will be glad to assist in that decision if that is the direction you would like to go.
~ Can I wear a two piece dress? In most cases that is determined by your school.
Special Occasion
~ Do you carry party dresses? Yes - a wide variety.
~ Do you carry formal wear other than Prom and Pageant? Yes -for all occasions.
~ Do you have something for me to wear to a wedding? Yes - and we special order as well.
~ I need something to wear to a banquet. Can you help me? Yes, we can. We have a full selection in stock.
